1. What this site is, and who it is for

This is my personal portfolio. The photography on it is editorial, fashion and lingerie work, and it is not explicit material. To send me an inquiry through the contact form you must be at least 18, because that is a business conversation.

Some links here lead to other platforms, including subscription and payment services, which set their own age requirements and their own terms. Meeting those is between you and that platform.

2. My content, and what you may not do with it

All of it, the photography, the writing, the design, my name and my likeness, belongs to me or is used by me with permission. You may look at this site, and you may share a link to it. That is the license: personal, non-commercial viewing.

Without my written permission you may not:

• copy, download, save, republish, repost or redistribute any image or text from this site, including on another site, a forum, a social platform or a tube site;
• use anything from this site commercially, including in advertising, on merchandise, or to promote anything of your own;
• crop out, cover or otherwise remove my name, watermarks or credit;
• edit, composite or otherwise alter my images, and specifically not to create sexual, degrading or deceptive material presenting me as saying or doing something I have not;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download this site or its images by any automated means;
• use anything from this site to train, fine-tune, condition or evaluate any machine-learning or generative model, or to generate synthetic images or video of me. My likeness is not training data, and no permission is given for it, whether or not your jurisdiction currently requires one.

Nothing on this page grants you any license by implication.

3. Using the site

Please do not:

• interfere with the site, its server or its security, or try to gain access to anything not intended to be public;
• frame the site, or hotlink its images from elsewhere;
• impersonate me, or represent that you speak for me or are affiliated with me;
• use the contact form to send spam, threats, harassment, or solicitations for anything illegal;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.

I may block access to anyone who does any of the above, without notice.

4. Inquiries and bookings

The inquiry form is an invitation to start a conversation, and nothing more. Sending one, and my replying to it, creates no agreement, no booking and no obligation on either of us. Any collaboration, shoot or appearance is only agreed once we have put the specific terms in writing, including scope, dates, fee, usage rights and anything else that matters. Rates and availability quoted in conversation are estimates until they are confirmed in writing.

5. Tips and support

The tip links on this site go to third-party payment apps. Tips are entirely voluntary. A tip is a gift: it is not the purchase of any good, service, content or access, it buys no obligation from me of any kind, and it is non-refundable. If a payment app's own rules give you a dispute process, that process is with them.

6. Other platforms and purchases

This site sells nothing and processes no payments. It links to my profiles on other platforms, including OnlyFans, Instagram, X and YouTube, and to press coverage on sites I do not own. Once you leave this site, the destination's own terms and privacy policy govern you, not these. Any subscription, purchase or transaction there is between you and that platform, and I am not responsible for those sites, their content, their availability or their conduct.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@mskittychow.com with: your contact details, identification of the work you say is infringed, the exact URL of the material you are complaining about, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your signature (electronic is fine). I will look into it promptly and remove anything that should not be here.

If you find my work reposted somewhere it should not be, I would genuinely like to know. The same address reaches me.

8. No warranties

The site is provided as it is. I do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, or that every detail on it is current. Press links point at other people's sites and may move or disappear. To the fullest extent the law allows, I disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as their law permits.

10. Indemnification

If your use of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against me, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. When I do, the "last updated" date at the top changes, and the version at this address is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about this site.
