Privacy Policy.

I am Kitty Chow, and mskittychow.com is my own site. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit. If anything here is unclear, email me at hello@mskittychow.com and I will answer it myself.

1. What I collect, and why

When you use the contact form

The inquiry form asks for your name, your email address, the nature of your inquiry and your message. I use those to read your message and reply to it. Nothing more.

At the time of writing, the form does not send anything to a server of mine. When you submit it, your own email program opens with the message filled in, and you send it yourself, so your inquiry reaches me as ordinary email. If I later connect the form to a form-handling service so that it submits directly, that service will receive the same four fields in order to deliver them to me, and I will name it on this page before that change goes live.

What the web server records automatically

Like essentially every website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard access logs: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you asked for, the time you asked for it, and the response it gave. These exist so the site can be kept online and secure, for example to spot an attack or diagnose an error. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not combined with anything else.

Fonts

The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by it. If you would rather that request never happened, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com in your browser leaves the site fully readable in a fallback typeface.

2. What I do not do

To be specific rather than vague, this site does not:

• set cookies, or write to local storage or session storage;
• run analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party;
• carry advertising, advertising networks, remarketing tags or tracking pixels;
• embed third-party content or players. The interviews are ordinary links to YouTube, not embedded players, so nothing from YouTube loads or watches you unless you click through. The one third party this site does reach is Google Fonts, which section 1 explains in full;
• fingerprint your device, or attempt to identify you across other sites;
• sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

If any of that changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too.

3. Where your information goes

Very few places, and all of them are there to do a job for me:

• Hosting. The site runs on a hosting provider in the United States. It holds the server logs described above.
• Email. Your inquiry arrives as email and is stored in my email account with my email provider, in the same way any message you send me would be.
• Fonts. Google, as described above, and only for the font files themselves.

I do not give your information to anyone else unless I am legally required to, or unless you have asked me to.

4. Links to other platforms

This site links out to my profiles and to coverage about me: OnlyFans, ManyVids, Instagram, X, YouTube, an Amazon wish list, and the magazines and sites that have interviewed me. Those are not mine. Once you follow a link, that company's own privacy policy and terms apply to you, not this one, and anything you do or buy there is between you and them. If you subscribe to me on a platform, or send a tip through a payment app such as Venmo or Cash App, that platform holds that transaction and its own policy governs it.

5. How long I keep it

Inquiry emails: I keep our correspondence for as long as I need it for the conversation we are having and for my own business records, and I delete it when I no longer do. Server logs: these are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out in the ordinary course.

6. Your choices

Email hello@mskittychow.com and I will, within a reasonable time:

• tell you what correspondence I hold from you;
• send you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, unless I have a legal reason to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have these rights formally under law, including under the GDPR or California law. I would rather simply honor them for everyone than argue about which of us falls under which statute. I will not treat you differently for asking. Since the site does not track you, there is no advertising profile to opt out of and no data sale to opt out of.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where local law draws the line there. The contact form is for professional inquiries and is meant for adults. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and I keep access to my accounts locked down. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, though, and ordinary email is not encrypted end to end. Please do not send me anything genuinely sensitive, such as identification documents, financial details or passwords, through the contact form or by email.

9. Visitors outside the United States

The site is hosted in the United States and I am based there. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is handled in the United States, where the privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Using the site means you understand that.

10. Changes to this policy

If I change how any of this works, I will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly. The current version is always the one at this address.
